Yes, all our meat is halal certified by recognised UK halal certification bodies. We can provide certification documentation upon request.

How is the meat delivered?

All orders are delivered in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain temperature. Meat arrives chilled, not frozen, ready to cook or store in your fridge for up to 3 days.

Can I choose my delivery slot?

Yes, during checkout you can select from available delivery slots. Same-day delivery slots are available for orders placed before 12pm in eligible areas.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

Our delivery partners will leave your order in a safe place if specified, or with a neighbour. You'll receive a photo confirmation of where your order was left.

How do subscriptions work?

Choose any product and select "Subscribe & Save" for 10% off every order. Pick your delivery frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) and manage everything from your account. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery typically takes 1-2 days for areas outside London.
